Erin and Andrew both moved to Bermuda in 2006 and met during Erin's first week on the island. They were engaged in December, 2008, married in the spring of 2010, and sweet little Evie joined them the following March. She is the light of her Mummy and Daddy's lives and I can see why after all the fun we had on the beach that day. Evie has the best smile and laugh, and her little curls are just divine. Evie adores the sand and sea so it seemed like the natural place for photos. The family spends every weekend at the beach and they often sneak down to the surf in the evenings after work too.
I picked a fennel flower and Evie had great fun sharing its powerful scent with her mummy and daddy.
Evie loves books and reading. And of course she had to bring her special bunny and share with me what a good cuddler she is.
Evie is not only the first grand child but also the only grand child so she is the apple of Nana and Pappy's eyes. They were down visiting from Nova Scotia so it was the perfect chance to capture some of their spoiling tendencies on camera too.
I love that the family brought these glasses because Evie loved to "cheers" her glass with everyone - a real celebration.
And eating watermelon in a watermelon coloured dress - I couldn't have styled it better myself!
Such a wonderful shoot so thank you all so much - now that my kiddies are so much older, I really miss and appreciate littles so much more so enjoy and so happy we captured these special times in your lives. xxxx
